The Assessment and Recovery Team performs random property audits that provide an additional level of review to AMC management personnel which allow our teams to quickly identify areas of weakness or concern, and proactively adjust to ensure increased and consistent performance at all levels. The ART team reviews all aspects of property management including, but not limited to, resident relations, sales training, property curb appeal, success of advertising and marketing plan implementation, timely and quality performance of maintenance service requests and make-ready procedures, as well as adherence to policies and procedures with regard to office administration, rental collections and affordable housing.

In addition, the ART team provides comprehensive due diligence services to clients who may require assistance in compiling property information before a real estate acquisition or community repositioning.
