A highly-experienced professional in multi-family property management with 24 years of experience, Fleece is responsible for the oversight of Ambling Management Company's owned assets in the Eastern affordable region consisting of 11,000 units encompassed within 85 properties located throughout five states. Fleece has overall responsibility for budgeting and purchasing, human resources, maintenance and construction for all affordable housing properties. As senior vice president, he oversees eastern division operations of conventional, affordable and HUD assisted housing, regularly visiting property offices, inspecting field operations and reviewing periodic reports from property managers to determine occupancy and maintenance projects. Fleece is also responsible for the financial viability and regulatory compliance of the properties including daily management operations and budget preparation.
