Regional Vice President Student Housing

As regional vice president for the student housing division, Davis implements policies and procedures relating to property management execution, internal and external marketing plans for the student housing target market, residence life programs and facilities maintenance oversight. Davis is responsible for the operational and financial oversight of student properties throughout the South and Midwestern United States. In addition to compiling, establishing and approving operating budgets, Davis consistently reviews and inspects field operations to ensure progress of occupancy and overall property profitability.
